Do I need to take both parts of the CNA exam again?

I am in Mississippi and only failed the skills part of the test.

According to the rules and regulations set by the Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry, you only need to retake the skills portion of the nurse aide examination because that is the section you failed. Each time you take the test you must pay the appropriate fee for the section you are tested on.
