I took the class through WDT but I never took the state test can I still do this?

I assume you are in South Dakota but since you don't mention how long ago you finished training I can only advise you to contact the South Dakota Health Care Association at (800) 952-3052 to learn how to apply to take the CNA test and to see if you still qualify.
