Where can a SRNA get a copy of her Kentucky registration?

Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry (KNAR) does not issue copies of the SRNA registration. Upon request, KNAR will send a letter verifying that a person is listed as a state registered nurse aide on the registry. You may contact the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry by phone at 888-530-1919.
