Can I take a training class in Washington, DC but take the exam and become certified in Maryland?

I took the CNA training in Washington DC. I live in Maryland and I want to take the CNA exam here. Would you please let me know if I can do that and if so where?

As far as I know, even though you have completed a CNA training program in Washington DC, you can't challenge the CNA test in Maryland. To become certified in Maryland if you take the training in Washington DC, you must first obtain CNA certification in DC, and then apply for endorsement in Maryland.
