Why is Arkansas making it impossible to renew my CNA license?

Prometric is not being used by Arkansas anymore and I’ve tried to go through the DHS site, the Arkansas government site and everything else I could think of, including calling a dozen different disconnected phone numbers. What is going on? I am having trouble with jobs because they also cannot check the registry.

Did you try the Arkansas Nurse Aide Testing, Certification and Registry Services? It seems that they were badly affected by the COVID-19 crisis because it is mentioned that any nurse aide who had an expiration date on their Arkansas nurse aide license during the blackout period, will be granted a waiver from the Arkansas Department of Human Services and be allowed to renew without penalty after the blackout period ends on July 1st, 2020.
