As far as I know, results are not given over the telephone. Score reports are available for view on-line within 24 hours of testing. Details on failing scores are not available online. Sign in to your account, then click on the HISTORY tab. Select the EXAM and click on “details.” For questions regarding delayed reports, please contact Pearson VUE at 888-723-6773.
Once you have passed both the Written (or English or Spanish Oral) Examination and the Skills Evaluation, your name will be submitted to the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Registry. You may view your name on the registry by going here.
