Can I work for 120 days on an out-of-state CNA license?

I am waiting for my license to be transferred and I would like to know if I can i start my new job in Tennessee before the process is complete.

Yes, once you apply for reciprocity, you may show proof of that to your potential employer, however, transfers to Tennessee are processed rapidly and should only take 7-10 days at the longest.
