Individuals who meet the following conditions are eligible to receive nurse aide certification by reciprocity in the state of Delaware: the nurse aide holds a current certificate from another state; nursing assistants from Maryland must also hold a current Geriatric Nursing Assistant certificate; have a minimum of three months of full-time experience as a nurse aide or have completed a nursing assistant training program of at least 150 hours; be listed in good standing on the registry in the state where you are currently certified.
